Understanding Your Heart Rate in Fanwood

Understanding Your Heart Rate in Fanwood

To determine your heart rate, place your finger at your wrist, inside your elbow, on the side of your neck, or at the top of your foot and count the number of beats in one minute. According to the American Heart Association, when you are at rest, your heart rate should be between 60 and 100 beats per minute, and if your resting pulse is very high or low you should contact your doctor.

Fanwood Chiropractor Eric Chludzinski of Fanwood Back Relief Center explains how to understand your heart rate.
